My friend Kathy Malloy belongs to a great organization called Shane's Inspiration-The mission of Shane's Inspiration is to create inclusive playgrounds and programs that unite children of all abilities. This cake was for a tea that she holds every year to raise money for the cause.
This was an amazing cake...the photo does not do it justice. Each year the ladies ask if there will be another cake.
